Ranbir Kapoor To Gift New Bungalow Worth Rs 250 Cr To Daughter Raha, Making Her Youngest And Richest Star Kid: Report

Ranbir Kapoor is reportedly planning to name his new Bandra bungalow after his one-year-old daughter, Raha Kapoor.

New Delhi: Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and Neetu Kapoor were recently spotted at the family’s under-construction bungalow in Bandra, Mumbai. Ranbir Kapoor and his family have been in the process of constructing their new residence in Bandra for a few years now. Over the past few years, Ranbir, along with Neetu and Alia, has made numerous visits to the property named Krishna Raj after Ranbir’s late grandmother. Now, the actor is reportedly planning to name the bungalow after his and Alia's one-year-old daughter, Raha Kapoor. This decision, reportedly, will elevate young Raha as the 'youngest and wealthiest star kid' in the Bollywood fraternity.

Cost of Ranbir Kapoor's new bungalow
According to a report in Bollywood Life, the cost of Ranbir's new bungalow is Rs 250 crore, making it the 'most luxurious' celebrity residence in Mumbai, surpassing the iconic properties like Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat and Amitabh Bachchan’s Jalsa.

"Ranbir and Alia are both equally investing their hard-earned money to realise their dream home. Once completed, the property will amount to over Rs 250 crore, making it the most opulent bungalow in Mumbai, surpassing Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat and Amitabh Bachchan’s Jalsa,” Bollywood Life quoted its source as saying.

Ranbir planning to gift the bungalow to Raha
"It is believed that Ranbir Kapoor, deeply enamoured with his daughter Raha Kapoor, intends to christen the bungalow in her name, thereby establishing her as the wealthiest star kid in Bollywood. Additionally, besides this expansive bungalow, both Alia and Ranbir possess four flats in the Bandra area, with an estimated worth exceeding Rs 60 crore,” the source disclosed to the portal,

Neetu Kapoor co-owner of the bungalow
Furthermore, the report highlights that Raha's grandmother, Neetu Kapoor, will be a co-owner of the bungalow, as per late actor Rishi Kapoor's arrangement, making her 'the half-owner of all his properties'. The source told the portal, “Neetu Kapoor will be the co-owner of the bungalow as late actor Rishi Kapoor had made her the half-owner of all his properties. Having said Neetu ji herself is supremely financially stable and recently bought a lavish house worth 15 crore in the Bandra area itself. It is also speculated that after the bungalow is ready the entire Kapoor Khandaan will stay together under one roof”

Speculations are that upon completion of the bungalow, the entire Kapoor family, including Neetu, will reside together under one roof. Currently, Alia, Ranbir, and Raha live at Vastu.
