Nora Fatehi Discusses One Of Her Terrible Heartbreak Stories, Says 'I Came Alive, I Am Grateful'

In a recent interview, Nora Fatehi discussed a difficult time in her life when she was going through a ‘disgusting’ breakup.

New Delhi: Nora Fatehi is famous for her charisma and amazing dancing skills. The actor and dancer recently discussed the difficulties she has had after a terrible heartbreak she suffered a few years ago. Despite what many people think, Nora clarified that this is not the same breakup she had in 2017.

Nora Fatehi appeared on The Bombay Journey where she shared her heartbreak story. She said, “I've had my share of heartbreaks like I had a terrible heartbreak two years ago or a year and a half ago. It was like a terrible one and it went on for like three and a half, four years. But, nobody knows about it because you don't talk about it and everybody thinks I'm talking about that one heartbreak that happened to me in 2017 and I'm like I forgot about that and they keep thinking that's what I keep talking about but no.”

She added, “I did have something terrible happen to me recently which I got out of. So, it was disgusting. I never wanted to go through that again and I don't want anyone to ever go through that. But the thing is it was your typical heartbreak break. Mai nahi keh sakti ki cheating ho rahi thi ya bewafa tha. (I can't tell if there was cheating or there was infidelity) it wasn't like that.”

Nora said she is grateful to have come out of it alive and is now determined to focus on her career and personal growth.

She concluded, “It was something out of this world like I would have never thought someone can go through something like. So, I don't want to be like put in danger like that in the future. I came alive. I came out of it alive and I am so grateful. So, I don't want anything like that. I want to focus on my craft and I want to get better at my craft.”

Nora Fatehi on Getting Bullied at a Young Age

Nora Fatehi shared that she refused to let herself be influenced by the bullying and remarks she received. “When I was bullied, I never used to feel like ‘oh I'm the problem’ and ‘I'm no big deal’, ‘I'm shitty’. I never used to take it on myself. Actually what I used to do was try and prove them wrong. I think that helped me even in my journey in Bollywood. For example, when I was in school. I think I was 11 years old. Girls used to tell me that you don't know dancing, you're so skinny, you're so anorexic. What did I do I used to try and improve my dancing. So that I can prove them wrong,” the actress said.
