Netizens Feel Alia Bhatt Looks Like Neetu Kapoor In The Great Indian Kapil Sharma Show, Say 'She Borrowed Her Clothes From Neetu'

Alia Bhatt, along with her co-star Vedang Raina and producer Karan Johar, will be the guests on the first episode of the second season of The Great Indian Kapil Sharma Show, set to air on September 21, 2024.

Alia Bhatt, along with her co-star Vedang Raina and producer Karan Johar, will be the guests on the first episode of the second season of The Great Indian Kapil Sharma Show, set to air on September 21, 2024. The promo for the first episode is already out and what caught everyone’s attention was Alia’s hairstyle and outfit, sparking comparisons to her mother-in-law, Neetu Kapoor, with fans speculating if she's taking style tips from her. 

In the promo, Alia is seen wearing a navy-blue pantsuit paired with a corset top. She kept her hair open with side partition, very similar to her mother Neetu Kapoor’s hairstyle.

Netizens were quick to draw the similarities between the two actors. A user wrote, “Alia’s outfit is themed Thakur x Neetu Kapoor.” “It looks like she actually borrowed her clothes from neetu kapoor,” commented another user. 

“Her hairstyle and styling itself in this show resembles so much of Neetu kapoor’s style,” another comment read. 

“She actually does look so much like her... The outfit hair everything,” wrote a user. 

“She needs to hang out with other people more,” commented a user. 

A user felt Alia is imitiating Emilia Clarke. He wrote, “Everybody here says she is imitating neetu kapoor but I feel she's imitating Emilia Clarke.”

Meanwhile, in the promo, Kapil tells Alia that one of Ranbir’s exes is present on the sets and he invites her on the show. “I want to tell you something today. There was a girl in Ranbir’s life," Kapil said. Alia replied, “Oh, is it?" Kapil then asks her if he can call the girl. Alia asked, “You are going to call her on this show, here?"

When Alia saw Sunil Grover—dressed as Dafli in a saree—walk towards her, she started laughing uncontrollably. 

As their conversation starts, Sunil says, “So you are Alia.” To this Alia replies, “Alia Bhatt Kapoor.” 

Alia will be next seen in ‘Jigra’. The film, directed by Vasan Bala, will be released on October 11, 2024.
