New Delhi: Fans of the crime drama series Mirzapur on Amazon Prime Video have been eagerly anticipating the third season since its recent announcement. Divyenndu Sharma on Mirzapur 3

In a recent interview, the actor stated, "On Humans of Bombay, I shall declare, I am not a part of Mirzapur Season 3." Divyenndu, who portrayed Munna Tripathi, explained, "When I was in character, it was affecting my personality a lot. We shouldn’t over-romanticise going too deep into a character, because it is not easy. At times, it used to get really dark for me. I felt suffocated. It’s so tricky that you don’t even realise that you are in that zone. It’s only when you come out of it do you realise how dark it was."

About Mirzapur

The series revolves around the formidable Akhandanand Tripathi – a wealthy carpet exporter and the mafia don of Mirzapur – and his son Munna, an ambitious heir who will stop at nothing to inherit his father’s legacy. Chaos ensues when their paths intersect with Ramakant Pandit, a principled lawyer, and his sons, Guddu and Bablu. Like its predecessors, the third season of Mirzapur was shot across Uttar Pradesh, including Lucknow and Jaunpur.

Following the tremendous success of the first two seasons, fans are eagerly awaiting the release date of the third season.
