Anupam Roy's Previous Marriages:
Anupam Roy has married twice before. After getting divorced for the first time, Roy got married to Piya Chakraborty in 2015. The two remained together for 6 years until their separation in 2021. A few years later, Piya Chakraborty married Parambrata Chattopadhyay in November 2023, which came as a shock to fans. Keeping trolls aside, Anupam, Parambrata and Piya still remain friends and have been seen together in a few gatherings even after.
Talking about his separation with Piya, Anupam previously told ETimes, "My separation is the biggest loss in my life. I have my parents, my friends around. But to lose the most special person in my life is, by far, the biggest loss in the 39 years that I have lived so far. Soon after the announcement, people started calling me. No one was expecting this to happen. Many asked me ‘why’. Neither was it possible, nor was it practical for me to answer them. It is done and over, and I want to move on with my life. I cannot keep on enduring this pain."
