Earlier, AAP's national convenor, Arvind Kejriwal, outlined a series of "guarantees" for the electorate. These guarantees include the establishment of high-quality schools for free education, providing free medical treatment, which covers tests and surgeries costing up to Rs 20 lakh in hospitals. Additionally, AAP has promised to grant an unemployment allowance of Rs 3,000 per month to jobless youths. The party also commits to offering free electricity for consumption up to 300 units with uninterrupted 24-hour supply. If elected, the AAP plans to waive electricity bills due until November 30.

Moreover, Kejriwal stated that the AAP government would regularise the employment status of workers engaged in temporary or contractual positions, citing successful examples from Delhi and Punjab, where AAP currently holds power.

The party's agenda also includes a commitment to eradicating corruption in Madhya Pradesh and simplifying bureaucratic procedures, ensuring citizens no longer need to make multiple visits to government offices for services such as obtaining ration cards or licenses.

In addition to these promises, AAP pledged to implement a "teerth darshan yojna" (pilgrimage scheme), allowing elderly individuals to visit their chosen pilgrimage destinations. The AAP government, if elected, plans to offer an honorarium of Rs 1 crore to soldiers and constables who lose their lives in the line of duty. Furthermore, a separate announcement is expected to be made regarding farmers and tribal communities once a comprehensive plan is formulated.
