Reflecting on his recent incarceration, Kejriwal expressed dismay at his treatment, stating, "They arrested me. I used to wonder what was my fault... They, however, are very powerful... When they arrested me, I was wondering what my mistake was. My fault is that I have built good schools and hospitals for the people of Delhi." He further alleged the unavailability of insulin during his time in jail, underscoring the alleged mistreatment he endured while being a diabetes patient.

This is the CM Kejriwal's first roadshow after walking out of Tihar Jail on Friday. The chief minister, who arrived at his Civil Lines residence around 8:20 pm following his release, announced his participation in a roadshow scheduled in South Delhi.
Standing through the sunroof of his vehicle, CM Kejriwal told reporters to join the event alongside Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann.
The AAP chief was released from Tihar Jail after spending 50 days in custody in connection with the money laundering case filed by the Enforcement Directorate linked to the now-defunct Delhi Excise Policy 2021-22.
AAP has nominated Sahi Ram Pahalwan as its candidate for the South Delhi parliamentary constituency. Under a seat-sharing arrangement between the Congress and the AAP, the former has fielded candidates from three Lok Sabha seats in Delhi while the latter is contesting from the remaining four.
