Chevella: In the 2014 Lok Sabha polls, Konda Vishweshwar Reddy from Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) won the elections by a margin of 73023 votes. The polling / voting in Chevella constituency in the 2019 General elections took place in Phase 1 on 11 April. The major contest is between Telangana Rashtra Samithi#s G Ranjith Reddy and Congress Party#s Konda vishweshwar reddy

Chevella 2014 Lok Sabha Polls

In the 2014 Lok Sabha polls, Telangana Rashtra Samithi won 11 out of the 17 parliamentary seat with 33.9 percent vote share while the Congress managed to win just 2 seats with a 20.5 percent vote share.

Voter turnout in the 2014 Lok Sabha elections in Chevella Lok Sabha Lok Sabha constituency. The total voter turnout was 60.22% Lok Sabha percent with 60.43% Lok Sabha percent male voters turning out to cast their votes. Meanwhile, 59.98% Lok Sabha percent of the women voters cast their votes and 10018 Lok Sabha voters pressed on the NOTA

Out of the 15 Lok Sabha candidates who contested the 2014 Lok Sabha elections from Chevella, 12 had to deposit their security. The voters gave their mandate in favour of Konda Vishweshwar Reddy of the Telangana Rashtra Samithi as he defeated Patlolla Kartik Reddy by a margin of 73023 votes.
