Aligarh: In the 2014 Lok Sabha polls, Satish Kumar from Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) won the elections by a margin of 286736 votes. The polling / voting in Aligarh constituency in the 2019 General elections took place in Phase 2 on 18 April. The major contest is between Bharatiya Janata Party#s Satish Kumar Gautam and Bahujan Samaj Party#s Ajit Baliyan
