With the educational sector growing day by day, and more people signing up to learn and expand their horizons, it is no wonder that flexible learning programmess are gaining popularity. By combining the learning environment of the classroom with the ease and simplicity of distance learning, flexible learning programmess help in benefitting the mental and physical wellness of students. Incorporating the key factor of mental well-being into these programmess increases accessibility and inclusion in education for all.
The Growing Concern of Mental Wellness
Mental wellness is a growing concern among people irrespective of demographic, age or gender and this chronic condition needs to be addressed openly. Critical mental health issues like anxiety, depression, panic attacks, and ADHD are some of the most common conditions people face and suffer from.
