Tripura Police Recruitment 2019: Tripura Police Riflemen & Tradesmen has released a notification inviting applications for the post of Riflemen (General Duty) and Riflemen (Tradesmen - Water Carriers, Sweepers, Cook, Dhobi and Barber) for India Reserve (IR) Battalions against inside and outside quota on temporary basis. The application for the same is scheduled to begin tomorrow i.e. 9th March 2019 and the last date for the receipt of offline application is  8th June 2019. Tripura Police Recruitment 2019 - Vacancy Details: Riflemen (General Duty) (Male & Female): Inside State quota - SC Riflemen (General Duty) – 1013  (230-SC, 419-ST, 365-UR) Outside State quota - Riflemen (General Duty) – 337 Riflemen (Tradesmen) (Male & Female): Inside State quota - Cook – 36 posts; Water Carrier – 22 posts; Barber -11 posts; Dhobi – 13 posts; Sweeper – 23 posts Outside State quota - Cook – 12 posts; Water Carrier – 8posts; Barber -3 posts; Dhobi – 3 posts; Sweeper – 7 posts Important Dates: Application submission begins – 9th March 2019 Last date for receipt of offline application – 8th June 2019 Eligibility Criteria: Riflemen (General Duty) – the candidate must have passed Matriculation or equivalent exam from a recognized Board; Riflemen (Tradesmen) – the candidate must have passed Matriculation or equivalent exam from a recognized Board. Two years work experience in respective trades or One year certificate course from Industrial Training Institute/Vocational Institute with at least one year experience in the trade or Two years Diploma from Industrial Training Institute in the trade or similar trade. Candidates must read through the official advertisement to ascertain their eligibility before applying. Official notification for Tripura Police Recruitment 2019 Age-Limit: The applicant must fall in the age bracket of 18 to 23 years as on 1st July 2019. Age relaxation rules apply as stated in the official advertisement. Selection Process: The candidates will be selected on the basis of a Physical Standard Test/Physical Efficiency Test, Written Test and Personal Interview. Pay Scale: The selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of Rs. 5700 - Rs. 24,000 Grade Pay Rs. 2100 (Pay Matrix- 2018, Level- 6, Rs. 20,700) plus other allowances. How to apply for Tripura Police Recruitment 2019? Download the application form as given at the end of the official notification. Take a print out, fill it up, attach and send copies of the requisite documents asked for. Pay the fee via Indian Postal Order and address the duly filled application form  to ‘The Assistant Inspector General of Police’ (TSR} and send it to ‘Police Headquarters, Tripura, Fire Brigade Chowmuhani, Akhaura Road, Agartala, West Tripura, PIN - 799 001’ by 8 June 2019. Candidates must ensure to indicate the post they are applying for on the outside of the envelope. Application Fee: For General candidates - Rs. 100/- For ST/SC/BPL Card Holder candidates - Rs. 50/- To be paid through an Indian Postal Order i.e. IPO drawn in favour of DGP, Tripura, Agartala.
