PSEB 12th Board Exam 2021: Punjab Board Considering To Conduct Class 12 Exam For Three Main Subjects

PSEB 12th Board Exam 2021: According to the PSEB chairman, Yog Raj Sharma, the board had prepared the question papers for PSEB class 12 examinations. As many as 2600 centres have been allocated for the PSEB class 12 board examination.

PSEB 12th Board Exam 2021: The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) will likely conduct the PSEB class 12 board examinations in June 2021. As per the reports, the board is considering holding the PSEB class 12 examinations only for main subjects.  However, the PSEB class 12 board examinations 2021 will be conducted only after the conditions have been stabilized in the state.

According to the PSEB chairman, Yog Raj Sharma, the board had prepared the question papers for PSEB class 12 examinations. As many as 2600 centres have been allocated for the PSEB class 12 board examination. He further said that the final schedule for PSEB class 12 board examinations is yet to be decided. However, the board will be conducting the PSEB class 12 examinations only for three main subjects from each stream. 

The Punjab board had earlier cancelled the PSEB class 5, 8, and 10 examinations 2021 due to the rising number of covid-19 cases across the state.

Earlier, the board had declared the results of PSEB class 8 and 10 students on its official website. The pass percentage for PSEB class 10 examination was 99.93%, while the pass percentage for class 8 was 99.88%. 

Around 3.18 lakh students will be appearing for the PSEB class 12 board examinations this year. In wake of the covid-19 pandemic, the board will be taking measures to ensure social distancing amongst various other covid-19 protocols at every examination centres across the state.
