Gujarat SSC Exams 2020: Class 10 Board Results To Be Declared On Tuesday; Here's All You Need To Know

Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board has announced that the Class 10 results will be declared on Tuesday.

Gandhinagar: Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board has announced that the Class 10 Board exam results will be declared on June 9.

In an official notification, the board announced that the results will be declared at 8 am on Tuesday.

This year, SSC students who appeared for the examinations can access their Class 10 results on the board's official website only because of the Covid-19 restrictions.

Here are some simple steps that the candidates will have to follow:

  1. Visit the official website of the board: www.gseb.org
  2.  Click on the ‘SSC result 2020’ displayed on the home page.
  3. Fill in your details like the exam roll number.
  4. The results will be displayed.
  5. Download a digital copy (pdf) for future reference.

About 8 lakh 40 thousand students sat for the class 10 examinations in Gujarat State Board, while 2 lakh 25 thousand students had to reappear for supplementary examinations. The external tests were conducted in 934 examination centers across 91 areas.

A candidate has to at least secure 'D' grade to be promoted to the next class. If a student gets an 'E' in any subject (s)he will have to give a supplementary exam for it. The details for the same are yet to be announced because of the Covid-19 crisis.
