The undated video clip shows a woman passenger with a rucksack is seen seated next to other women inside a coach. After a while, the woman stands up and then it is seen that she is wearing a two-piece outfit.
The video was shared by the Twitter handle of NCMIndia Council For Men Affairs with a caption: "No she is not @uorfi_".

According to PTI, responding to a query over the viral video, the Delhi Metro said in a statement on Monday, "The DMRC expects its commuters to follow all social etiquette and protocols which are acceptable in the society. "
"Commuters should not indulge in any activity or wear any attire which could offend the sensibilities of other fellow passengers," the statement further read.
It also pointed out that the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation's (DMRC) Operations and Maintenance Act lists out "indecency as a punishable offence under section 59.
"We appeal to all our passengers to kindly maintain decorum while travelling in a public transport system like the Metro. However, issues such as the choice of clothing while travelling is a personal issue and passengers are expected to self-regulate their conduct in a responsible manner," the DMRC added.

Earlier in March, the DMRC appealed to commuters to refrain from making videos and reels inside the coaches but has gained very little success. It reiterated the message and urged people not to create trouble for co-passengers in the train and stop recording videos.
Taking to Twitter, the DMRC wrote, "Travel, don't cause trouble.'' It also shared a graphic which read ''Be a passenger in Delhi Metro, not a nuisance.''
"Filming reels, dance videos or any other such activities that may cause inconvenience to the passengers is strictly prohibited inside the Delhi Metro," a text insert on the image reads.
