Delhi MCD Polls 2022: Adarsh Nagar Assembly Constituency Wards After Delimitation — Check Details

MCD Election 2022 Live: Delhi State Election Commissioner (SEC) Vijay Dev on November 4 announced dates for the long-due Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) polls. Delhi State Election Commission announced that voting for unified three municipal corporations - East Delhi Municipal Corporation, South Delhi Municipal Corporation and North Delhi Municipal Corporation - into one MCD will be held on December 4. Counting of the votes will be held on December 7 and the results will be announced the same day.

In the Adarsh Nagar Delhi assembly constituency, there are a total of three wards to go under poll in the 2022 MCD election. The names of the three wards of the Adarsh Nagar assembly constituency are Dhirpur, Adarsh Nagar and Azadpur.

1. Dhirpur: In the Adarsh Nagar Delhi assembly constituency, Dhirpur is ward number fourteen in the Delhi Civic Polls 2022 and has a total population of 59,858. The Dhirpur (Ward 14) MCD seat is reserved for women.

2. Adarsh Nagar: In the Adarsh Nagar Delhi assembly constituency, Adarsh Nagar is ward number fifteen in the Delhi Civic Polls 2022 and has a total population of 59,139. The Adarsh Nagar (Ward 15) MCD seat is unreserved.

3. Azadpur: In the Adarsh Nagar Delhi assembly constituency, Azadpur is ward number sixteen in the Delhi Civic Polls 2022 and has a total population of 69,220. The Azadpur (Ward 16) MCD seat is reserved for women.
