Arvind Kejriwal Is Most Dishonest Person: BJP Slams Delhi CM Over '12 Lakh Jobs' Remark

While interacting with the media, Manoj Tiwari claimed that Arvind Kejriwal is the most dishonest person and that no matter how cunning a criminal is, they always leave some evidence behind.

New Delhi: BJP MP and former Delhi BJP president Manoj Tiwari and MLA Ajay Mahawar held a press conference today at the BJP office.

While interacting with the media, Manoj Tiwari claimed that Arvind Kejriwal is the most dishonest person and that no matter how cunning a criminal is, they always leave some evidence behind.

He was referring to Kejriwal's claim of providing 12 lakh jobs in seven years in the national capital and 28,000 jobs in Punjab in one year.

"Arvind Kejriwal is the most dishonest person, no matter how cunning a criminal may be, they always leave some evidence. In front of the media in Assam, he said that 12 lakh people have been given jobs in Delhi," Tiwari said.

"He said that jobs have been given under this government, I wish it were true! Why is this information coming out so late?" Tiwari asked.

Tiwari further claimed, "On March 14, information was sought through an RTI regarding jobs in Delhi, and the Delhi government has given 440 jobs in the name of jobs."

"Today, we have come to ask you that if you are not lying, then tell us who has been given these 12 lakh jobs? We want information, we want appointment letters... if you have difficulty in providing it, we will collect it tomorrow," he asserted.

He stated that the people of Delhi will not let such a big lie go unnoticed.

Tiwari said, "Based on information, you have lied about several departments, such as the cleanliness of the Yamuna, the condition of broken roads in Delhi, and the state of education." "The Delhi government claims to have provided only 440 jobs. We are stunned."

Taking a dig at the AAP government, BJP MLA Ajay Mahawar said, "There are 159,328 registered unemployed people on the Delhi government's unemployment portal. They claim to have provided jobs to a total of 20,279 people from 2012 until now. This information is from the Delhi government's own portal."

Tiwari further stated, "This is a deceitful government that is forcing teachers to pass 9th and 11th grade students."

"What will happen once everyone learns the truth? The people of Delhi are ashamed today, they have given only 440 jobs and claim 12 lakh jobs!" he added
