Two Wanted Criminals Arrested In Late-Night Encounters In Delhi

Two criminals wanted in separate cases were caught in late-night South East Delhi encounters. One attacked a head constable; the other involved in a woman's murder.

In South East Delhi, the police conducted two separate encounters late at night, successfully apprehending two wanted criminals involved in different cases.

According to the police, one of the accused was being searched for an attack on a Delhi Police Head Constable, while the other was wanted in connection with the murder of a young woman in Kalindi Kunj.

Both suspects have been sent to the hospital for medical treatment following the encounters.

The first encounter took place in Jaitpur, where the police arrested Asif. He had attacked Head Constable Karan Mavi on May 27 in Jaitpur.

The second encounter occurred around 4:30 AM in the Kalindi Kunj area. Rajpal, accused of abducting and murdering a young woman on May 30, was injured in a police shootout. During the encounter, a bullet struck the bulletproof jacket of Special Staff Sub-Inspector Shubham.
