VHP Workers Detained In Karnataka During Protest Over Suhas Shetty Murder Case: Watch
Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) workers were detained in Karnataka's Chikkamagaluru during a protest over the murder of Suhas Shetty, a prime accused in the Fazil murder case.

Workers of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad were detained by the police on Monday as they staged a protest over the Suhas Shetty Murder case in Karnataka's Chikkamagaluru.
Shetty, a known rowdy sheeter was a prime accused in the Fazil murder case who was hacked to death by a group of unidentified assailants last week.
Police have arrested eight people in connection with the murder, Karnataka home minister G Parameshwara said on Saturday.

The VHP and Bajrang Dal had called a bandh last week to protest against Shetty's death. The former also held a protest in Chikkamagaluru on Monday during which its members were detained by the police.
