JDA Launches Online Applications For Affordable Housing Schemes In Jaipur

Jaipur residents can now apply for the government's affordable housing scheme. Read the procedure to apply online through direct link here.

Jaipur Housing Scheme: Looking to buy an affordable home in Jaipur? Here’s your golden opportunity. The Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) has opened online applications for three of its new residential housing schemes — Ganga Vihar, Yamuna Vihar, and Saraswati Vihar.

A total of 765 residential plots are available across these projects. The application deadline is June 12, and allotment will be done through a lottery system.

JDA Housing Schemes Launched By Urban Development Minister

Rajasthan’s Urban Development Minister Jhabar Singh Khara officially launched the schemes on Monday. In addition to the JDA projects, he laid the foundation stone for five housing schemes by the Rajasthan Housing Board. Registration for residential schemes has also begun in Baran, Bundi, and Dholpur.

JDA Housing Scheme: How to Apply Online

Visit the official JDA website: https://jda.rajasthan.gov.in.

Navigate to the "Residential Schemes" section and click on 'Apply for Ganga / Yamuna / Saraswati'.

Register using your name and mobile number (OTP verification required).

Fill out the application form with the required details.

Pay the registration fee online and submit the form.

Documents Required To Apply For JDA Scheme

The documents that you will need to apply for the JDA Housing scheme are as follows:

Aadhaar Card

PAN Card

Income Certificate (including ITR or Form 16)

Domicile Certificate

Category Certificate (if applicable)

Passport-size Photograph

JDA Housing Projects Location

Ganga Vihar: Located 2.5 km from the Jaipur-Agra Highway, behind the Bassi Agricultural Grain Market and near Bassi Railway Station. The area includes a 30-metre-wide access road.

Yamuna Vihar: Situated in Kathawala, Chaksu Tehsil, near Tonk Road, approximately 39 km from Jaipur International Airport.

Saraswati Vihar: Located in Bainadmay village, Daulatpura, about 3.4 km from Bainad Railway Station, near Daulatpura underpass, and 6.1 km from Sikar Road.
