Bullets Fired At Scorpio Near Delhi's Chhattarpur Metro Station

The incident occurred around 1:00 PM. Delhi Police personnel have been deployed at the scene.

Ten rounds of bullets were fired at a Scorpio by unidentified men near Delhi's Chhattarpur Metro Station on Thursday. The man travelling in the Scorpio was seriously injured and was admitted to the hospital by the police.

The Delhi Police said it seems to be a case of personal enmity between residents of the same village. 

"It is to inform that today around 1 pm, information was received regarding a firing incident near CDR Chowk PS Mehrauli. On primary facie inquiry, it has been found that the victim, namely Arun Lohia r/o Aya Nagar, who was in his car, has sustained bullet injuries," the police statement read.

Police said there is a previous case history between the two parties, and a case is being registered and investigated.
