Born in Amritsar, Punjab, Kapil is a popular stand up comedian.
Kapil Sharma emerged as a winner on lot of comedy shows and also hosted many award shows.
From scripting to production and anchoring, he is carrying the entire show on his shoulders, and with finesse too. 
He was nominated for the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan by the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi for which he campaigned and regularly promotes on his show.
