Voter turnout is 8.92% & 5.77% till 10 am in Haryana & Maharashtra, respectively. As voting began for 90 assembly constituencies in Haryana, former Chief Minister and Congress leader Bhupinder Singh Hooda says that Jannayak Janata Party (JJP) and Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) are not competition. According to the Election Commission, several constituencies in the two states have witnessed voting turnout in double digits.
