Dr. Manmohan Singh, India's 14th Prime Minister, Passes Away at 92: Discover His Legacy and Wealth | Paisa Live

India's former Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh passed away at the age of 92. He served as Prime Minister from 2004 to 2014. Dr. Singh completed his matriculation at Punjab University and further studies at Cambridge University in the UK. His wife, Shrimati Gursharan Kaur, and three daughters were part of his family. Known for his humility and dedication to work, Dr. Manmohan Singh began his career in 1971 as a financial counselor in the Ministry of Commerce. He later served as the Chief Economic Advisor, Secretary of the Ministry of Finance, Deputy Chairman of the Planning Commission, and Governor of the RBI. He was also India's Finance Minister from 1991 to 1996, playing a crucial role in economic reforms.
