Top News: Multiple grenade attacks hit Srinagar, Shopian

A grenade blast rocked the Ghanta Ghar area in Srinagar's famous Lal Chowk area on Friday. The attack took place near the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) deployment. This is the second grenade attack in Jammu and Kashmir's state capital  in the last 48 hours. Soon after the attack, terrorists lobbed a grenade on Police camp in Gagran area of South Kashmir's Shopian. However, no loss of life or injury has been reported so far.

The attacks led to security vehicles and shops being damaged near the spot, however, no loss of life was reported.

Three policemen were injured in a grenade explosion near Zero Bridge in Srinagar's Rajbagh  on Thursday. According to authorities militants hurled the grenade at a police party passing by the area.
