Surat: Wall of Capital Green building collapses due to heavy rain

Downpur in Surat has started showing its effects on infrastructure as well. Surat's Green Capital building bore the brunt yesterday. The building's wall came collapsing down within seconds. The only fortunate thing that happened was that nobody was hurt in the incident.
