T20 World Cup 2024: Team India Becomes Champion By 7 Runs, Major Defeat For South Africa | IND Vs SA

The Indian cricket team has once again become the champion of the T20 World Cup after almost 17 years. It defeated South Africa by 7 runs in the final of T20 World Cup 2024. This match was very exciting. Batting first, India scored 176 runs. In response, the South African team could score only 169 runs. There were three such occasions in this match when India overturned the entire game. With Team India becoming the champion, Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli also announced their retirement. Team India won the toss and decided to bat first. During this time the beginning was bad. Captain and opener Rohit Sharma was out after scoring 9 runs in 5 balls. He hit 2 fours. After this Rishabh Pant came to bat. But he was out on zero. Keshav Maharaj showed Pant the way to the pavilion. The third wicket of the team fell in the form of Suryakumar Yadav.
