Skymet Weather Report: Rain in store for Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, Delhi

Weather in the Indo Gangetic Plains has been dry for the last couple of days. However, rainfall activity is all set to begin for areas right from Rajasthan up to West Bengal during the upcoming weekend.
A fresh Western Disturbance has approached Jammu and Kashmir, and it will induce a Cyclonic Circulation over Northwest Rajasthan and adjoining areas. Thus, isolated light rains are expected over Punjab on March 29.
Thereafter, as a trough from this system will extend up to western parts of Uttar Pradesh.
