Rajasthan Govt Increases 4% Cess On Petrol & Diesel

In view of the increase in prices of petrol and diesel, the people of Rajasthan have been hit twice. Earlier, in the Union Budget, excise duty on petrol and diesel was increased, late last night, the state's Ashok Gehlot government increased the cess of petrol and diesel by four per cent. On Saturday morning, the general public had to pay more than four and a half rupees per liter on petrol and diesel.
