PNB Scam: Big revelation! Here's where the bank is at FAULT
During the investigation in the biggest banking scam, agencies have revealed that there were no communication in between the various departments of the bank. The departments had no information on each other.  Swift message system, core banking and the third department didn't exchange information and had no connection which lead to the big system failure
