PM Modi lauds newly elected RS Deputy chairman Harivansh Narayan Singh
Minutes after NDA candidate Harivansh Narayan Singh got elected as Rajya Sabha Deputy Chairman, Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated him and listed out his achievements in the house.
