PM challenges Cong to announce bringing back of article 370 in manifesto

Prime Minister Narendra Modi was speaking in Maharashtra where he attacked the opposition with all his might. He said, "I challenge my opponents to come with clear stand (on Article 370). If you have courage, then announce it in your election manifesto to bring back Article 370.They are shedding crocodile tears everyday. Do they have strength to do it?Will people of this country allow it?"
