People using railway tracks like footpath in Patna caught on camera | Matrabhumi

When people crossing risky railway tracks were questioned in Patna, some refused to accept the mistake, some ignored to answer while some said as everyone was doing so we did the same thing. Such people are a shame and disgrace for the country.
