People caught excreting in open as no toilet facilities for beneficiaries ahead of PM Modi's visit in Jaipur

The Rajasthan government is spending over Rs 7 crore to ferry beneficiaries of welfare schemes to a rally which Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address today in Jaipur, according to an official order.
The money for this will largely come from funds for the schemes.
However, there is no toilet facility provided for beneficiaries whom PM Modi is going to address today. This led people to excrete in open.
