Nitin Gadkari on Odd-Even: The scheme is not required now
In a bid to tackle pollution, the odd-even scheme will be reintroduced in Delhi from November 4 to 15, announced chief minister Arvind Kejriwal on Friday. The scheme is a part of a seven-point action plan to combat air pollution. Under the odd-even scheme, vehicles having number plates ending in an odd number and even number are permitted to ply on alternate days. Nitin Gadkari said that outer-ring road was ready and hence the scheme wasn't needed now
