Will Russian President Putin be able to reconcile Armenia-Azerbaijan clash?

Amid growing tension, the deployment of Russian troops near the border of Turkey and Iran, adjacent to Nagorno has created panic. Russia's President Vladimir Putin says that a solution on which both countries agree should be found.
