Russia Ukraine War: Russian troops targeted innocent cycle-rider, claims New York Times

American newspaper, New York Times, has claimed that a cycle-rider was killed by the Russian troops. A video of same has been released as well. The incident took place in February 2022.

Russia is being criticised all over the world for the Bucha massacre and there is a demand for a strict action against it, on the other hand, Russia has called it baseless and said that the discovery of these corpses was done to impact the peace talks between Moscow and Kyiv. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Tuesday that, "The bodies were discovered in Ukraine's Bucha city with the aim of sabotaging the ongoing peace talks between the two countries."
