Afghan woman delivers baby on US aircraft, named her 'Reach'
An Afghan mother delivered a baby girl in a US military evacuation flight. The woman went into labor aboard a C-17 transport aircraft during the second leg of her journey fleeing the Taliban-captured Afghanistan. The baby has been named ‘Reach,’ after the call sign of the jet that brought her and her mother.
