Uttarakhand Rains: Waterlogged streets, stranded tourists & elephant | Visuals of destruction caused

The heavy downpour in Uttarakhand has caused a lot of destruction. Here in Ramnagar, many tourists are stranded at the Lemon Tree Resort. Aside from humans, animals too are facing problems because of the rain and floods, a visual of an elephant stuck in a waterlogged area has surfaced from Haldwani.
