Both the groups of Uddhav Thackarey and Eknath Shinde has reached the Supreme court as they have started placing their statements on the matter of governance for Shivsena. Thackarey's party has accused Shinde that without majority vote decision a government cannot be formed, while Shinde's party stated that Shivsena went through numerous changed in between.
