Supreme Court directs J&K Govt to review all restrictive orders within a week
Supreme Court while delivering verdict on a batch of petitions on situation in J&K after abrogation of Article 370, directed the government to review all restrictive orders in Jammu and Kashmir, inlcuding the suspension of internet, within a week. The court in its verdict said that internet access is a part of fundamental rights under Article 19 of the Constitution.
