Shaheen Bagh News: Politics escalates over demolition drive | Hoonkar (9 May 2022 )

Bulldozers reached Delhi's Shaheen Bagh amid reports of a possible anti-encroachment drive in the area. The drive was reportedly called off after locals and politicians protested against the move. Protesters raised slogans against the BJP-ruled South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC) as well as the central government and demanded that the action should be stopped.
