PM should speak on recent incidents of crime against women: Kapil Sibal to ABP News

Senior Congress leader Kapil Sibal today while talking to ABP News said that Prime Minister should address the nation on crime against women.
Sibal said, "Like a terrorist, you have to fight the rapist, the Prime Minister should address the country. I hope that the Prime Minister would address the country himself and express his views. Just as they speak in elections, tell the country that just as they fight terrorism, they will fight against the rapists."
