Patna: People in large numbers travelling atop buses due to cancellation of passenger trains by Indian Railways and lockdown announced by the Bihar government. In the first coronavirus death in Bihar, a patient who also had kidney-related problems has died in Patna. Road transport and work in various government wings have been suspended till March 31. All essential services have been kept out of the preventive measures.
