Navjot Singh Sidhu congratulates Charanjit Singh Channi; calls it HISTORIC

"Historic !! Punjab’s first Dalit CM-Designate … Will be written with Golden letters in History. A tribute to the spirit of the Constitution and the Congress !! Congratulations", wrote Navjot Singh Sidhu on his twitter account. Charanjit Singh Channi will be the new CM of Punjab. Harish Rawat announced this. Channi comes from the Dalit community. He was a minister in Captain's government.
