Mamata Banerjee to hold short public meetings as Covid cases surge

In the wake of Corona's growing crisis in West Bengal, Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee announced that they will no longer hold rallies in Bengal. Mamata's party Trinamool Congress will instead hold small election meetings in Kolkata. Party leaders will make short speeches in those districts where voting is to be held for the remaining three phases.
