Sanjay Raut's latest tweet takes a jab at Eknath Shinde and his group of rebel MLAs currently residing in the Radisson Blu Hotel, Guwahati. The tweet said 'till when will you hide in Guwahati, eventually you'll have to come to Chowpatty.'

The Maharashtra Political crisis began when Eknath Shinde, a prominent Shiv Sena leader stormed off to Guwahati after an argument. He was against the cross-voting that took place in the Maharashtra MLC elections. He took a group of rebel MLAs with him, which has put the current Shiv Sena government at risk.
