Maharashtra Politics: Independent MLA meets with Devendra Fadnavis | ABP News

 Independent MLA Geeta Jain met with BJP Politician Devendra Fadnavis. It is believed that she is in talk with the BJP on behalf of Shiv Sena. Geeta Jain has been a close associate of Uddhav Thackeray. Eknath Shinde is an influential figure in Thane, the district Geeta Jain belongs to. 

This meeting is influenced by Eknath Shinde's rebellious move where he fled to Guwahati with 34 MLAs after an argument over the cross-voting taking place in the Maharashtra MLC elections.
