Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader Chhagan Bhujbal suddenly arrived to meet former Chief Minister Sharad Pawar on Monday (July 15). The meeting of the two leaders at Silver Oak in Mumbai has fueled many speculations.
However, Ajit Pawar faction leader Chhagan Bhujbal dismissed all speculations and said that they talked on the issue of Maratha and OBC reservation. He said, "I will meet anyone on the issue of OBC and Maratha community. If needed, I am ready to meet Rahul Gandhi as well." Bhujbal said that I got the information that Sharad Pawar is in Mumbai today, so I went to meet him. I went to meet him as an MLA and not on behalf of the party.
