Lumpy Virus : There is chaos in 16 states of the country, hundreds of cows are dying every day

Lumpy virus has killed more than 58 thousand cows across the country. In the capital Delhi too, 173 cases of infection with this virus were registered. Till now it was being said to be spread in 12 states, now Union Minister of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying Parshottam Rupala has said that the disease is knocking in 16 states. Rajasthan is the most affected state by the lumpi virus. It is being said that the place to bury the carcasses of cattle has reduced here.

Union Minister Purushottam Rupala said that a control room has been started in Delhi to increase coordination with all the states to deal with the disease. Through this, the officers are in consultation with the state officials. Guidelines have been given to all the officers. The Union Minister said that talks have been held with its manufacturer regarding efforts to increase vaccine production. Rupala said that he had also gone there to know the condition of Rajasthan and full cooperation is being given to the state government.
