Why IMCT raised questions on WB Govt over delay in COVID test results

Centre has sent a team of IMCT in West Bengal over the delayed test results of COVID-19 and CM Mamata Banerjee has raised an objection over the same. IMCT even questioned the Mamata government over the delay in results. The tiff between the state and the Central government is not coming to an end. IMCT has issued a letter asking questions to the Mamata government. West Bengal has reported 18 deaths due to novel coronavirus.
